Do you have installers in my area?
Harmony Enterprises takes pride in having a global presence. With installers and sales offices located throughout the United States and several countries, we are sure to have one near you. Will I be able to find someone to service my equipment?
How long before they will come to fix it if it needs repair? When it comes to servicing your equipment, Harmony Enterprises has you covered! We have experienced service companies located throughout the United States. If there is not a service company near you, we will work with you to find a local company with the ability and knowledge to service your equipment. Service times vary depending on the service type and location. Most service companies we work with are able to schedule in your repairs within one business day.

Do you lease equipment?
We are sorry, but at this time Harmony Enterprises does not handle direct leasing of equipment. If you are interested in leasing equipment please contact us via phone 507-886-6666 or email info@harmony1.com and we would be happy to provide you with the information of a reputable leasing company.

Can I buy direct from the factory?
Yes. Harmony Enterprises has several locations that are open to direct factory sales. Currently our sales offices located in Rockford MN, Bellevue WA and Anaheim CA cover some of these areas. To find out if there is a location near you that offers direct sales, please call us at 507-886-6666.

How many years of service can I expect from this equipment?
Made for its rugged durability, our equipment is designed to offer you years of quality service and satisfaction. We have thousands of pieces of equipment manufactured in the late 1970’s to early 1980’s that continues to maintain its excellent working condition today.

What size baler/compactor do I need?
Investing in a baler/compactor is an important and wise decision. It is even more important to choose the right type and size of baler/compactor for your needs. Here at Harmony Enterprises we will work with you to make the decision process easy. What baler/compactor you chose depends on the material you will be baling, the size bale that you desire upon completion of the baling process, and the operating area available. Whatever the desired use, we will assist you in finding the right baler/compactor to best fit your needs.

What are my choices for electrical hookup?
Most equipment is offered in 115/230V Single Phase and 208/230/460V Three Phase. We also offer 50 HZ for international installations.

Am I able to purchase replacement parts direct and how long will they be available?
Yes, replacement parts can be purchased direct or through our sales offices. Take comfort in knowing that the majority of replacement parts are available on a continued basis. If a replacement part does become unavailable we make every effort to find a comparable replacement for that part.

Will this baler bale aluminum, cardboard, paper, etc?
The capabilities of a baler vary with each individual product. Tell us what your needs and requirements are and we will assist you in finding the baler that will best fit your application.

What additional options are available?
There are many additional options available on our equipment upon request. Tell us your needs and requirements, as well as what application you would like to utilize your baler/compactor for, and we will make sure to include all the options that would be best fitted to your needs in the quote we provide. At Harmony Enterprises, we strive to continue to meet the needs of our customers by filling customer requests. This includes adding options such as opposite hinged doors, caster kits, chute doors, oil heaters, filter options, wire guides packages, etc.

Can you customize a baler or compactor to my specifications?
This is not the first, nor will it be the last time we have had a request for a custom baler/compactor. At Harmony Enterprises we are proud of our engineering staff and have customized several balers and compactors in order to meet the needs of our customers.
